PEARL HEADLAMP RESTORATION

Suitable for the renovation of all plastic/acrylic headlamps to remove scratches, scuffs, yellowing, etc.

Instructions for Use:

Step 1: Remove any surface dirt and contaminants before abrading the area to be renovated with P2000 Wet/Dry sandpaper.

Clean abraded surface before polishing

Step 2: Apply Pearl Scratch Remover #PL053 or Pearl Tornado #PL057 to the lambswool pad & polish in short bursts, to prevent excessive heat build-up.

If necessary use a mist of water to keep the surface cool.

Step 3: Re-apply Scratch Remover with a foam polishing pad to enhance the finish, again polish in short bursts with light pressure applied to the pad.

When the polishing process is complete, clean the headlamp to allow for inspection.

If required repeat to remove any final heavy-duty blemishes.

Step 4: Apply the Pearl Oyster Paint Sealant #PL042 or Nano Seal #PL070 with a clean cloth and allow it to haze before buffing.

For additional protection, a second application of the sealant can be made 15 minutes after the first application
