Nano Seal has successfully undertaken advanced and stringent evaluation processes using industry-approved QUV Weatherometer Accelerated Weathering Exposure Testing Equipment:
This comprises of 4,000 hrs continuous run cycle of 4 hrs UV immediately followed by 4 hrs condensation then again 4 hrs condensation and 4 hrs UV and so on.
Test results:
Successful completion 4,000 hrs @ 60°C with no deterioration to original surface condition or colour.
(Theoretically, 4,000 hrs are equivalent to 20 years of exposure to inclement and extremely challenging weather conditions).
Directions: Shake well before use.
Firstly clean the surface using Pearl Universal Cleaner, a non-wax or silicone-free cleaning solution and if there are any surface scratches or imperfections in the paintwork (holograms, swirl marks, oxidisation, bird lime etching and scarring) these require removing with Pearl Scratch Remover (Heavy duty requirements Pearl Tornado effortlessly cuts through to rectify) and will also revitalise any dull lustre prior to Nano Seal long life application.
- Apply using a soft clean Pearl Pro Microfibre Cloth section by section.
- Briefly allow the product to haze on the surface.
- Then buff to a deep gloss shine with a clean dry microfibre cloth.
- Do not allow the treated surface to come into contact with rain for 4 hrs after treatment. (In hot dry climates reduced to 1 hr).
For maximum efficiency allow to fully cure and completely bond to the treated surface. (Do not wash the surface for 1 week after application).
Nano Seal can also be effectively used to treat and protect glass, alloys, chrome and headlamps.
Do not apply in direct sunlight and ensure the pre-treated surface is cool, clean and dry prior to application.
Coverage: 1L will seal, shine and long-life protect a minimum of 1400 sq. Ft. (Equivalent to a minimum of 10 saloon cars).
