Pearl® Waterless Exterior Treatment
Welcome to Pearl Waterless International where we would like to share with you the user, vehicle and environment friendly process of exterior car cleaning and polishing, using our waterless range of products. Whether you are familiar or new to Waterless Car Wash systems our products are ideal for commercial use and own car maintenance. Through many years of experience in dealing with enquiries and auto cleaning operations worldwide, we wish to provide you with our successful process in order to deliver the perfect showroom finish every time.
In line with all car care and valeting services the first stage should always be a thorough inspection of the vehicle and where possible out of direct sunlight. Make sure the vehicle is free from thick caked on mud or sand around skirts, wheels and arches. If required, gently rinse heavy muddy localised areas with minimal water usage.
Begin with Pearl Universal Cleaner and moderately mist spray all wheel rims and tyre walls. Making your way around the vehicle inspect the exterior paintwork for any ingrained dirt, tar, tree sap, insect remains and bird droppings. Mist spray those areas also with Universal Cleaner and leave for a short time to allow product to break affecting substance down. Universal is tough on these substances but gentle on surfaces and the environment.
Then starting with the roof, lightly spray half a section with Pearl Advanced Ultra Nano or Pearl Professional ensuring adequate coverage. Run off and product drops indicate too much usage and dry areas indicate too little. Average usage 160ml per saloon car.
Fold 2 Microfibre Cloths (MF) in half and half again to give you many clean surfaces to work with and then spray one MF with either Advanced Ultra Nano or Professional to moisten, including the localised areas pre-sprayed with Universal, such as grille and wind mirror castings prone for ingrained insect splatter.
Then with little to no pressure carefully glide the moistened MF over the pre-treated panel in straight lines, lifting product and dirt from the paintwork.
Using your second folded, dry and clean MF quickly buff the area to remove any residue and create instant mirror gloss shine. Ensure your buffing MF remains completely dry.
Carry out this process until you have covered all the exterior surfaces from top to bottom working around the vehicle as you go. Adopting the same process as before, simply spray wipe and buff the area with separate MF`s. It is important to understand the effects of Wax contact with the Windscreen (Pearl Advanced Ultra Nano contains premium Waxes). On glass use pre-sprayed cloth to remove dirt or if too soiled lightly spray a fresh MF and wipe over glass ensuring to buff with clean dry cloth, removing all residue to leave highly polished surface.
Using the MF that has been used to clean the vehicles surfaces, it is time to revisit the pre-sprayed wheels. Firstly wipe over rims and tyre walls to remove Universal residue, brake dust and dirt, then apply Eco Tyre Shine using a sweeping motion to coat the tyre wall, simply wipe and overspray and leave to air dry.
