PEARL HEADLAMP RESTORATION

Suitable for renovating all plastic/acrylic headlamps to remove scratches, scuffs, yellowing, etc.

Instructions for Use:

Step 1: Remove any surface dirt and contaminants before abrading the area to be renovated with P2000 Wet/Dry sandpaper.

Clean a braded surface before polishing

Step 2: Apply Pearl Scratch Remover #PL053 to the lambswool pad and polish in short bursts, to prevent excessive heat build-up.

If necessary, use a mist of water to keep the surface cool.

Step 3: Reapply Scratch Remover with a foam pad, polishing in short bursts with light pressure to refine the finish.

When the polishing process is complete, clean the headlamp to allow for inspection.

If required, repeat to remove any final heavy-duty blemishes.

Step 4: Apply the Nano Seal #PL070 with a clean Pro Microfibre Cloth and allow it to haze before buffing.

For additional protection, apply a second coating of the sealant 15 minutes after the first application.
