Directions for Use

Ensure the fabric surface is clean and completely dry before application. Pearl Universal Cleaner (PL003) is the ideal preparation solution for all fabric and upholstery surfaces before treatment.

To confirm colour fastness, test Oyster Fabric & Carpet Upholstery Protector on a small, inconspicuous area before full application.

1. Prepare the Sprayer

Apply using a low‑pressure sprayer only. Ensure the sprayer is delivering an even, consistent mist — not too heavy or too light. Spray pressure must not exceed 4 bar.

2. Apply the Product

Spray two light coats onto the target surface in a crosswise pattern:

• First pass: horizontal
• Second pass: vertical

This ensures full fibre coverage. Do not saturate the fabric.

3. Allow to Dry

For maximum protection, allow Oyster Fabric Protector to dry completely and cure for 4 hours. Warm air flow or naturally hot climates will significantly accelerate drying and shorten curing time.

Important Application Advice

• When spraying inside a confined area such as a vehicle interior, ensure all doors and windows are fully open to allow free airflow and ventilation.
• If excessive airborne spray is likely, a standard particulate face mask should be worn.
