Why choose Advanced Ultra Nano waterless polish?

Nano delivers outstanding benefits into automotive paint protective polishes.

A Nano particle is a particle measuring between 1 and 100 nanometers (it would take 80000 nanometer particles side by side to match the thickness of a human hair).

Automotive paint finishes provide two primary functions:

1: cosmetic/appearance

2: corrosion protection of the base metal

Paint finishes, even new surfaces, suffer from microscopic defects in the form of pin-holes and fissures which present a route through for moisture and airborne pollutants thus starting the process of corrosion in the base metal.

Nano particles are small enough to enter and seal these microscopic defects, thus preventing the ingress of these corrosion inducing pollutants.

With conventional polishes the particles are too large to enter these defects and merely bridge over them.

Conventional Car Wash and Polishing.

Next time you get the pressure washer or garden hose out of the garage, please consider the implications of the vast water wastage and energy consumption together with the potential pollution from rinse off chemicals entering into the world’s waterway systems, which can be caused by the private and commercial method of conventional automotive cleaning with water, harsh detergents, caustic traffic film solutions and corrosive acid based wheel brake dust remover.

1. Rinse vehicle using gallons of water through a kerosene and electricity generated, carbon footprint munching pressure washer.

2. Fill traditional valeting bucket with more water and detergent or shampoo.

3. Sponge whole vehicle exterior creating suds which can often mask any grit in sponge causing scratches

4. Rinse the whole vehicle exterior using even more water and electricity to remove chemical solutions.

5. An important question to ask; Does the car wash operation have an effluent interceptor? or is the rinse off pollution containing oil, grease, caustic and acid simply entering straight into our water table.

6. Once the vehicle has been rinsed a chamois leather is used on the whole vehicle exterior, again creating the potential to scratch the vehicle’s paint surface with another application which is required to remove excess water from the surfaces which can cause spotting if left to dry out.

7. Before conventional polishes can be applied to the paintwork or glass, the surfaces must be totally dry and therefore a microfibre cloth must be used to ensure surfaces dry.

8. Apply polish, allow to haze and then buff off using clean and dry microfibre cloth.

How many times have the surfaces have been revisited and with many various products and different applicators sponge, leather, microfibre with shampoo and then polish; it’s certainly not difficuly to understand why the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) states that on average it takes 116 Gallons of water to wash a vehicle this way.

The biggest problem for the vehicle owner however lies herein, as having paid for this service and following all these valeting steps and tasks, once the vehicle is set in motion, the water used from the pressure washer and bucket simply runs from all the water catching areas and crevices such as wheel arches, front grille spaces, wing mirror castings, bumpers etc.. and the water residue then mixes with road dust, resulting in the vehicle being straight back to a dirty car again even before it leaves the valeting compound.

Exterior

1. Mist spray alloy / wheel trim / ingrained substances on paintwork and glass such as flies with Universal and leave to work whilst cleaning vehicle exterior.

2. Mist spray tyre wall with even coating of Eco Tyre Shine and allow to dry naturally.

3. Mist spray Advanced Ultra Nano (delivers high gloss wax protected finish) or Professional (delivers high gloss polished finish) onto clean folded microfibre cloth and area to be cleaned.

4. Gently rub the product onto the surface of the vehicle with the microfiber cloth.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) states that cleaning a vehicle, at home in your driveway, using soap and a water hose, can waste up to 116 gallons of water per car wash. How does our products do this? What is the procedure?

When you a clean, polish and protect a vehicle all-in-one using the Pearl® Waterless Car Wash System, you simply spray the product on a damp Pro Microfibre Cloth and the surface you are cleaning. This dual wet and soap laden surfaces minimize friction. The mild soaps & lubricants in the waterless car wash products instantly release the dirt and grime from the surface on contact.
